On 26–27 July 2025, Beijing’s Miyun District experienced an unprecedented rainstorm. In less than 12 hours, rainfall exceeded 326 millimetres, and within two days surpassed the city’s average annual precipitation. The disaster triggered the evacuation of more than 80,000 residents and caused severe flooding that damaged local communities, including Fengjiayu Town Central Primary School.

After learning that the school’s teaching furniture had been badly damaged, Beijing Liri Office Supplies Co., Ltd. acted swiftly. We immediately mobilised resources and donated over 170 pieces of furniture, including children’s desks and chairs, art tables, work stools, office desks, office chairs, and mattresses.
Our dedicated transport team successfully delivered the items directly to the school. Staff members also provided on-site assistance with unloading and installation, ensuring that the furniture could be put into use without delay. This donation reflects our commitment to helping students return to a safe and supportive learning environment as quickly as possible.

At Liri, we believe that while natural disasters may disrupt facilities, they cannot diminish compassion. Through this initiative, we hope to bring warmth and encouragement to teachers and students, and to contribute to the orderly progress of the school’s rebuilding efforts.
Together, we stand with the community—supporting education, safeguarding children’s dreams, and creating hope for the future.
